5 REASONS WHY THE COVID-19 VACCINES ARE NOT THE MARK OF THE BEAST (666)

Today, there are many ministers who speculated and even preached and endorsed that the COVID-19 Vaccines “could be” the Mark of the Beast. And many believers believe them. At first, I tried to ignore this foolishness but then as we ignore this, many believers are falling into this deception. The reason why these believers are easily deceived is because they don’t consult the Bible. They would readily believe these ministers propagating this unbiblical teaching without going back to the Bible.

Therefore, what we will going to do here is to present the descriptions of the Mark of the Beast that we can read in the Bible. We should remember that our faith must be founded on the Word of God alone. The Bible should be our Absolute. Anything that is not on It and is contradictory to It, should not be made as our Standard.

Here are the reasons why these ministers are wrong and why the COVID-19 Vaccines are NOT the Mark of the Beast according to the Bible.

1. Those who receive the Mark MUST be worshippers of the Beast and his Image.

Rev. 14:9-10 “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.”

For someone to say that he/she has the Mark of the Beast, this one should be complied:

He/she is a worshipper of the Beast and his Image.

The Bible is very clear on this. Remember that according to those verses, the wrath of God will only be poured out to those who are BOTH worshippers and have the Mark of the Beast. And one cannot have the Mark if he/she is not a worshipper. THIS MEANS THAT THOSE WHO HAVE THE MARK ARE ALSO WORSHIPPERS OF THE BEAST AND HIS IMAGE. You can’t have the Mark without worshipping the Beast and at the same time, you cannot be a worshipper of the Beast without its Mark.

If a person has the Mark of the Beast but is not a worshipper of it or the other way around, then the wrath of God cannot be poured upon him/her. But as I said, this can never happen because you cannot have the Mark unless you are a worshipper of the Beast and his Image.

Remember also that according to Revelation 13:15-16:

“And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.”

It is very clear from the verses above that that the first thing that will happen is to caused many to worship the Image of the Beast. This is the first event that will going to happen before the giving of the Mark. Those who will not worship the Image of the Beast will be killed while those who worship will automatically be given the Mark. So it is very clear that before the giving of the Mark will happen, there will be a worshipping to the Image of that Beast first and the killings of those who will not worship. The main reason for the great killings is not actually because of those who will not receive the Mark, but because of those who will not worship the Image of the Beast.

Now, to “worship” means “to adore” “do reverence” and “to kiss”. The Greek word used for worship is “proskyneō.” If you do not adore, do reverence or kiss the Beast and his Image, rest assured, you cannot have his Mark. You cannot qualify for it.

This is the reason why one cannot accidentally have the mark of the Beast. That’s why you must not believe those people who preached that the Mark is hidden in the COVID-19 vaccine and that many people have already received the Mark through the vaccination without them knowing it. This can never happen. Again, to receive the Mark, you must be a willing worshipper of the Image of the Beast first. You cannot receive the Mark if you are not willing to worship the Beast and his Image.

This is also the reason why, according to Revelation 20:4, the foolish virgins will suffer beheading because they refuse to “worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”

See? All the foolish virgins are both not worshippers and do not have the Mark of the Beast. It did not say “some are worshippers and some have the Mark.” It did not say like that. In order for a person to receive the Mark, he/she should also be a worshipper of the Beast and His Image. THIS IS THE FIRST REQUIREMENT IN ORDER FOR A PERSON TO RECEIVE THE MARK. If you are not a worshipper of the Beast and his Image, rest assured, you cannot receive the Mark.

2. Those who will not worship the Beast and his Image and will refuse to receive his Mark must be killed.

Rev. 13:15-16 “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.”

During the implementation of the Mark, anyone who will not worship the Beast and will refuse to receive his Mark will be killed. So if the COVID-19 vaccines are the Mark of the Beast, then anyone who does not want to be vaccinated should be killed also. But is this the case today? Are those people who refuse to be vaccinated were being killed?

See? This one reason alone can refute those who teach that the COVID-19 Vaccines are the Mark of the Beast. That’s why only those people who do not read their Bible will going to believe these ministers.

3. The Mark of the Beast will only be implemented after the Rapture of the Bride, during the Great Tribulation.

Rev. 15:2 “And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.”

The word “sea” here denotes “people, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues” (Rev.17:15) (read also Isa.17:12; 57:20; Jude 1:13, Dan. 7:2). These people were seen by John as “sea of glass mingled with fire”. The word “glass” here means refined and purified like crystal or glass. And the word “fire” here speaks of their sufferings on the Great Tribulation. Therefore these people are pure and holy people refined through the fire of the Great Tribulation. These people are the Great Tribulation saints also known as “The Foolish Virgins” (Matt 25:1-13).

These Foolish Virgins are described as “them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name.” These people are not the Raptured Bride of Christ.

The question is: Why it is that it is only the Foolish Virgins who are described here as victorious over the Beast, his Mark and the number of his name? Where is the Bride? Is the Bride not victorious during the implementation of the mark of the Beast?

The answer to these questions is very obvious: The Bible did not describe the Bride as victorious “over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name” because this statement is not applicable to them. This statement is only applicable to those people who have overcome the implementation of the Mark during their days here on Earth.

To be an overcomer or to be able to be called “victorious over the Mark of the Beast”, one must experience the implementation of the Mark but at the same time, had refused to receive it. The Bride was not called victorious over the Mark and was not among those “sea of glass (people) mingled with fire” because in the first place, they are no longer on Earth when the implementation of the Mark was done. They have already been Raptured. This was even supported by Revelation 20:4 saying:

“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”

There are two groups of people here seen by the Apostle John:

1. I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them.
2. I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands

Who are these people in the first group that are seated in the thrones and were given judgment? They are no other than the Raptured Bride of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are differentiated from the second group. And who are those in the second group who were beheaded because they did “not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark?” They are no other than the Great Tribulation saints.

This is the reason why the implementation of the Mark of the Beast will only happen after the Rapture of the Bride, during the Great Tribulation. It will not happen while the Bride is still here on Earth. This is why today’s COVID-19 vaccines are not the Mark of the Beast. Don’t believe those foolish ministers who believe otherwise. They don’t know the Bible.

4. The Mark of the Beast will only be implemented during the reign of the Antichrist, when Satan will incarnate in him, claiming that he is God.

The Mark of the Beast requires the head of the Beast (Antichrist) to be ruling on Earth at that time in order for the mark to be implemented. According to Revelation 12:17, no person can buy or sell unless he/she has Mark of the Beast or the number of the name of the Beast. And according to Revelation 12:18, the number of the Beast is actually the number of a man. This number is 666.

Rev. 13:17-18 “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”

In Bible numeric, 6 signifies the number of man while 3 signifies perfection. Therefore, 666 means a “perfect man”. He is the ultimate man with whom Satan will incarnate just like God was incarnated in our Lord Jesus Christ. That’s why this man will be called “the Antichrist” or the opposite of Christ. Therefore, the Mark of the Beast is actually the Mark of a man (the Antichrist). Until Satan is not incarnated through this man and does not sit in the temple in Jerusalem and declare himself as God (Daniel 9:27), this Mark of a man cannot be implemented.

Since this Mark of the beast is also called the Mark of a man, this mark cannot be implemented when there is still no “man”. So when will this man be revealed and declare himself as God? According to 2 Thessalonians 2:2-6:

“2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.”

The “Day of Christ” that Paul mentioned here is actually the “Day of the Lord” mentioned also in Joel 2:31, 2 Peter 3:10, Amos 5:18, Isaiah 13:6 which they described as the “great and terrible day”. This is a period after the Great Tribulation when Christ shall return to Earth with the host of heaven for the battle of Armageddon (Rev. 19:11-21).

Paul explained here that that Day will not come until the man of sin be revealed and declared himself as God (2 Thes. 2:3-4). This means that this man of sin will only be revealed during the Great Tribulation just before the Day of Christ. This is even made clear to us by the prophet Daniel in Daniel 9:27:

“The ruler will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven, but after half this time, he will put an end to the sacrifices and offerings. And as a climax to all his terrible deeds, he will set up a sacrilegious object that causes desecration, until the fate decreed for this defiler is finally poured out on him.” (NLT)

This man of sin (Antichrist) will sit in the temple and declare himself as God starting from the second half of the Great Tribulation up to the Day of the Lord when the wrath of Christ will be poured out upon the Earth.

So as long as this man does not sit in the temple of Jerusalem and does not declare himself as God, his Mark cannot be implemented to the people. That’s why the COVID-19 vaccines are not the Mark of the Beast. It does not satisfy this condition of the Bible.

5. The Mark of the Beast is a literal Mark that will be required for anyone to be able to buy or sell.

Rev. 13:16-17 “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

Some ministers speculated that this Mark is not a literal mark but a spiritual one and that the buying and selling mentioned here is also spiritual. They give Matthew 25:9-10 as an example. But we must remember that Matthew 25:9-10 speaks about the buying and selling of oil which is the Holy Spirit. Are these ministers telling us that those who will receive the Mark are the ones who can also receive (buy) and share (sell) the Holy Spirit (Oil)?

Remember that the implementation of the Mark of the Beast will only happen after the Rapture of the Bride and during the Great Tribulation as explained in 3 and 4. Remember also that anyone who refuses to worship the Beast and receive his Mark will be killed.

Now for example, I am one of those people being commissioned by the Beast to kill those who refuse to have the Mark, then how can I know if a person had refused to have the Mark if this Mark is spiritual? How can people persecute those who refuse to have the Mark if they cannot see the Mark physically in a person?

This is why this Mark of the Beast has actually a physical manifestation. It will physically be manifested. Its physical manifestation will be seen to those children of Satan and worshippers of the Beast and his Image.

Also, the buying and selling mentioned here are not spiritual but literal buying and selling of goods. When this time comes, Satan will devise a way through the Second Beast (Rev. 13:11) for the world to be a cashless world. They will use the Mark for anyone to be able to buy and sell. For them to do this, the Mark should have a physical manifestation in order to be implemented. But remember again that those who can have the Mark are only the worshippers of the Beast and his Image.  

This is another reason why this Mark of the Beast is NOT the COVID-19 vaccine. Today, our society is not yet cashless (although we are already going in there). You can still buy and sell using fiat money. The COVID-19 vaccination card also cannot be used as money. Although governments today are restricting those who are unvaccinated to go to the malls and grocery stores for health reasons, we can still buy and sell without being vaccinated especially in small grocery stores that are not checking vaccination cards. If in case the government will require someday that all people should be vaccinated in order to be able to buy or sell, the vaccine still does not satisfy the first 4 reasons written in this article. That is why it is not the Mark of the Beast.   

The point is, Satan is a master of counterfeit (2 Cor. 11:14). He can create scenarios in this world with so many similarities to the future events written in the Bible in order to deceive many who do not read the Bible and do not love the Truth (2 Thes. 2:9-10, Rev. 12:9, 13:13-14). If you are the kind of a person who does not consult the Bible in the things that you believe, then you will be easily deceived by the counterfeits of Satan. But a person who knows his Bible well can also easily see that these COVID-19 vaccines are too far from the Mark of the Beast.

SUMMARY

Here is the summary as to why the COVID-19 vaccines are not the Mark of the Beast.

1. Those who receive the Mark MUST be worshippers of the Beast and his Image.

2. Those who will not worship the Beast and his Image and will refuse to receive his Mark must be killed.

3. The Mark of the Beast will only be implemented after the Rapture of the Bride, during the Great Tribulation.

4. The Mark of the Beast will only be implemented during the reign of the Antichrist, when Satan will incarnate in him, claiming that he is God.

5. The Mark of the Beast is a literal Mark that will be required for anyone to be able to buy or sell.

These five characteristics above are identifiable with the Mark of the Beast. If something does not match with those five descriptions, then, it is not the Mark of the Beast. It is therefore very clear that the COVID-19 vaccines are not the Mark of the Beast.

Actually, there are still many descriptions in the Bible about the Mark of the Beast that can give us a correct understanding of it. But due to the lack of space, I will not list them all here. It’s up to you to read them. What I want to say is: Don’t be hype on something being the Mark of the Beast unless it actually matches EVERYTHING the Bible says about what the Mark of the Beast is.

CONCLUSION

Beloved of the Lord Jesus Christ, all over in the Bible we can read that in the latter days, many deceptions will come out “insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect” (Matt. 24:24). In fact, according to our Lord Jesus Himself, when He was asked by his disciples about what would be the sign of His coming, He told them that the first sign of His coming is not signs and wonders or miracles or wars or great events, BUT FOR DECEPTIONS TO COME (Matt. 24:3-6). This is the first sign of His coming.

This is why in these last days, the Bride is given the Flying Eagle anointing for us to have an Eagle eye so that we can easily see the deceptions before us and therefore, not be deceived. But we can only have this Flying Eagle anointing if our faith is founded in the Revelation of God. For it is only upon this ROCK of Revelation that our Lord will build us (Matt. 16:18). Apart from Revelation, the Lord will not build His Church. That’s why if you believe in something, make sure that it is founded on the Revelation given by our Lord. Aside from it, is not from God.

If you will ask those ministers today who propagate that the COVID-19 vaccines are the Mark of the Beast, they will tell you that they are not yet really sure about it. They will tell you that they still has no “100%” faith on it. In short, they are not really sure about this. YET, THEY ARE ALREADY PROPAGATING THIS TO THE BELIEVERS and therefore, causing the Believers to sin. For it is written:

Rom. 14:23b “Whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”

These people are not built on the sure foundation (Revelation) of God. And I told you, anything that is not built on this sure foundation is also sure to crumble (Matt. 7:27). That’s why if you are one of those who believe this unfounded teaching, you are sure to crumble. DON’T BE ONE OF THEM.
