“And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.”

-Genesis 1:16-18

As I have always mentioned in most of the articles, if we wanted to have a better understanding of the spiritual things, we need to looked at the natural ones for they are the types and shadows of the spiritual (1 Cor. 15:46). In this article, we will then look at our universe.

According to most scientists who do not believe that God created the universe, our universe started with a small singularity on which it then expanded over the next 13.8 billion years to the universe that we know today. They called it the Big Bang Theory. But when ask about the origin of this singularity, they don’t know the answer. Others said it came out of nothing which is shear foolishness for this definition contradicts the scientific laws and science itself. According to Science, everything cannot come from nothing.  

To add further conflict, according to the Second Law of Thermodynamics, the universe is from order to disorder. This means that the universe moved from ordered behavior to disordered behavior. That’s why they have predicted that the more the universe aged, the more it will become disorderly. They call the measure of the level of disorder Entropy.

But the universe itself behaves in contradiction to this theory. While the universe is expanding, along with it are the formations of Galaxies which are formed through order. And within them, are Solar Systems that from the name itself, were formed through following a system! These have puzzled these scientists. You see? The universe did not just come randomly and will someday end to total disorder. Every heavenly bodies are following certain order governing them so that everything will be in its place.

The best example for this is Life itself on planet Earth. According to scientific laws, the possibility of Life to exist here on Earth is just 0.0000000001 percent. That is almost impossible. If its only through random circumstances and without order, Life would really be impossible to exist here on Earth. From single celled microorganisms to complex multicellular organism, it will be foolish for us to think that all of this happened randomly and without order that governs them.

THE SOLAR SYSTEM

Another example is our very own Solar System. If we will just try to ponder upon it, we will see that there is a Creator behind this system. Every heavenly bodies contained on it are not just there for nothing. Each one of them (sun, planets and moons) are set for a purpose.

Among the planets and moons in our Solar System, only the planet Earth has life on it. There is still no proof yet on the presence of Life in other planets and in other Galaxies, only in planet Earth we can find life. Though many may claim that there is presence of extraterrestrial life in other planets, all of them are just unproven claims.

If we try to look at it carefully, the whole Solar system was designed to protect this Life present on Earth. The Sun is designed to give light and to sustain the presence of Life here on Earth. The Moon was there to give light on this life during the night. Mercury and Venus were created to protect Earth from the Sun’s harmful radiation and for Earth to remain on its “Goldilocks Zone” (safe zone). While exoplanets like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto which are mostly big planets were created to protect the Life on Earth from deadly comets and asteroids that are passing our Solar System. The gravity of these big exoplanets are pulling these deadly heavenly bodies so that they won’t reach Earth. And we can clearly see that there is an Intelligent One Who design this arrangement. If we will look closer, the biggest planet Jupiter, which has also the greatest gravitational pull among other planets, was put closer to Earth to act as the final puller if an asteroid or comet will pass through the other exo-planets. This arrangement can only happen through intelligent design, it cannot happen just by random. If you want to protect something, you must put the best protector nearest to the one you are protecting.

Now, if by chance these heavenly bodies can pass through Jupiter, there is still the Asteriod belt between Jupiter and Mars which contains millions of Asteriods which is very difficult for comets and asteriods to penetrate. It acts like a “net” that traps those deadly heavenly bodies so that they won’t reach Earth.

Now, can you still say that there is no Creator who created this system? That all of these did just happened randomly and without order? Clearly, as written in Romans 1:20:

“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”

No one can say that there is no God, for we can clearly see Him in the natural things around us. That’s why all of us is without excuse on the Judgement Day. No one can say that there is no Intelligent Being who designed all of these.

THE SUN, EARTH AND MOON

“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.”

-Psalm 19:1-6

At this point, let’s just focus on this three heavenly bodies in our Solar System: the Sun, the Earth and the Moon and what do they represent spiritually. Remember, the natural are types and shadows of the spiritual, that’s why these heavenly bodies are not just created without representing anything spiritually. As what the Psalmist says, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttered speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.”

THE SUN – THE GREATER LIGHT

Let us start with our very own star – the Sun, the greater light (Gen. 1:16).

Our Sun, to those who has the eye to see, is obviously created to represents our Lord God. Just like our Lord, the Sun is the source of heat and light that gives life to our planet. But Earth cannot directly approach the Sun for it will get burned. That’s why the Sun sends its Sunlight in order to reach us. In Psalm 19:4-6, King David called the Sunlight the Tabernacle of the Sun “which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.”

The Sun tabernacled on its light which we call Sunlight and nothing is hid from its heat. Even though we cannot directly approach our Sun, we know that it is hot because of its Sunlight (tabernacle) that touches our skin. Although we cannot directly look at the Sun for it will damage our eyes, we know that it is made out of light for its Sunlight reaches us. We know that it gives life, for its Sunlight is needed by plants to photosensitize.

The same is true with our Lord God. We cannot directly approach our Lord God (the Great Eternal Spirit, Heb. 9:14) for He dwells in Light and in eternity and no man had seen nor can ever see Him (1 Tim. 6:16). But He tabernacled with His Word (Grk: Logos) so that He can reach us (John 1:1-3). Nothing is hid from the heat of His Word. And this Word mas made flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14). We know Him as our Lord Jesus Christ.

That’s why we read on Hebrews 1:1-3:

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Just like the Sunlight, our Lord is the light of the world (John 8:12, John 1:4-9). We have known that our Lord God is Light because His Tabernacle (our Lord Jesus) that reaches us, is Light (1 John 1:5). We know God is Life because our Lord Jesus Christ is Life (John 14:6). We know that God is a compassionate and a loving God because our Lord Jesus Christ is the same. That’s why those who have seen the Son had already seen the Father (John 14:9). Our Lord God is revealed through our Lord Jesus Christ just like the Sun is revealed through its Sunlight. How did the Sun reach us? It’s by and only through its Sunlight.

This is also the reason why John 1:1-5 says:

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

God is like our Sun and the Word is like its Sunlight. Putting the words of John in this analogy: In the beginning was Sunlight, and the Sunlight was with the Sun and the Sunlight was the Sun. This Sunlight was in the beginning with the Sun. All things were made by the Sunlight. And without the Sunlight, nothing was made. In the Sunlight is life and this life is the light of men.

Have you seen how God and His Word are one (John 10:30)? Just like how the Sun and His Sunlight are one? This is also the reason why we cannot separate God from His Word just like the Sun from its Sunlight. They are one. We do not say, “The Sunlight is too hot” instead we say “The Sun is too hot” when in reality, it is the Sunlight that touches us. We do not say “The Sunlight is too bright” instead we say “The Sun is too bright” although it is the Sunlight that reaches our eyes.

Therefore, if you wanted to know God, know Jesus. If you wanted to worship God, worship Jesus. You see? They are one. God and His Word are one.  No one can know God except by His Word and no one can worship God without worshipping His Word. Just like what our Lord Jesus Christ said in John 14:6:

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”

Just like the Sun’s light shines upon the world, so the Son does spiritually. Just like Sunlight that rises from the east to the west, so is the Word of God that lights our path (Ps. 119:105). The Word came from Israel then to Europe, to America to Asia to Africa and will one day go back to Israel. Just like the path of the Sun that lightens the Earth.

Our Solar System has only one Sun. It has many planets and many moons but only one Sun. This means that there is only one God. There is no trinity of God or twoness of God but one and only God (Deu. 6:4). That’s why don’t believe those who claim that there is a trinity of God or those who believe that there are two Gods: the Almighty God and a the Mighty God. That’s out of Scripture and out of the type and shadow in our natural world. We have only one Sun and it reaches us through its Sunlight.

According to Isaiah 43:11

“I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

Aside from our Lord God, there is no other Saviour. Therefore, our Lord Jesus Christ is God Himself for only God is the Saviour. Beside Him there is none. So don’t believe those people who told you that our Lord Jesus Christ in only a human being and not God. Again, our Lord Jesus Christ is the Word of God which is God (Heb.1:8).

The Sun is also the center of our solar system. All the planets orbit around the Sun. Mankind used to think that everything orbits around the Earth. Many people today still think that everything revolves around them. Sadly, they are wrong. It all revolves around the Lord. All of this revolves around our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Alpha and the Omega. The whole Bible is all about Him. Our story here revolves around Him. The Grand Finale of this story is for Him to present us one day to God. Without Him all of us will scatter just like all the planets will scatter once the Sun is gone. Thankfully, our Lord hold things together!

THE EARTH – THE WORLD

Our planet Earth types the world on where the Sun gives its light into. Our Lord Jesus came here on Earth to be the light of the world (John 8:12).

Since darkness is the absence of light; cold is the absence of heat and death is the absence of life, without our Sun’s light, our planet will eventually be in darkness. All life forms that rely on photosynthesis would die and the planet would obviously become very cold just like the state of Earth in Genesis 1:2. Without our Lord Jesus, the world will be in total darkness. And since evil is the absence of good, without our Lord, evil will eventually rule the world.

But men love darkness more than the light (John 3:19-20). We don’t want to come to the light. If we will look at the creation of God, the smallest of God’s little creatures are sometimes better than us. A moth for example, is always fascinated and attracted to the light. Whenever there is a lamp or a light bulb, they will always go for it. They don’t run from it.

Another example are the plants. Plants may not have a brain but they still sense and respond and will always turn towards the light. If you will put them under a shade for example, they will always find a way to lean towards the Sun. They know what is best for them. You can turn the pot away from the light and they will turn their leaves and flowers if possible to face and open themselves up to the light. But men love to hide from the light. So we should ask ourselves, are we really children of the Light (John 12:36)?

THE MOON – THE LESSER LIGHT

As mentioned in Genesis 1:16, aside from the greater light, there is also the lesser light and that is no other than our Moon – the second light that lights up the world during the night. At this point, we will focus on it.

The Moon undoubtedly represent the Church – the Spiritual Israel. Our Lord Jesus said “You are the light of the world” (Mat. 5:14-16). Every person born of the Spirit of God is the light of this world. WE ARE THE MOON THAT SHOULD LIGHT UP THE WORLD DURING THE NIGHT. We are the second light.

Unlike other planets, the Earth has only one Moon. This means that our Lord has only one Church. That’s why eventhough there are many local churches around the world, all of them are part of only one Church. The 5 Fold Ministers of the Lord therefore are not just ministers of thier respective local churches, but of the whole Church of God.

FOUR PHASES OF THE MOON

The moon has no light of its own. It gets its light from the Sun. Whatever amount of light it gets from the Sun, it reflected to Earth.  The amount of light in reflected to Earth depends on its phase. There are 4 major phases of the moon:

1. New Moon
2. First Quarter Moon
3. Full Moon
4. Third Quarter Moon

These 4 phases of the moon determine how much light from the Sun it can reflect to Earth. The more it exposed itself from the Sun, the more in can reflect light to earth.

During New Moon, no part of the Moon (or a very minimal part) is expose to the Sun. That’s why we cannot see the Moon in the night sky during this phase. No light is reflected to Earth. While during First and the Third Quarter phase, only half of the Moon are exposed to the Sun. That’s why we can also see half of the moon shining upon the earth. But during Full Moon, the Moon is fully exposed to the Sun that’s why it also fully reflects to the Earth the light that it gets from the Sun! This is the phase of the moon where its optimum purpose is fully expressed.

As members of the Church of God, isn’t the Moon speaks about us? We are the light of this world during this night period. We have already pass the midnight hour and we have already heard the Midnight Cry (Matt. 25:6). But the day is yet to come and the Sun is yet to rise. The Sun/Son will come anytime soon, but as it is not yet happening, we should fulfill our roles being the light of this world during this night time.  But how much of ourselves are exposed to the Son? Is it full? Half? One third? One fourth? Or None? Remember, the amount of light we can give to the world depends on the amount of ourselves we expose to the Son.

MAP OF THE MOON

Look at this image of the moon above.

Those dark patches are depressed or flat areas. Scientist called them the “Seas” of the Moon. These low areas of the Moon cannot efficiently reflect light from the Sun. Even if those areas are fully exposed to the Sun, we can still see them here on Earth as dark areas of the Moon. Also, these areas are getting bigger and bigger as the time goes by because of meteor and meteorites that bombarded the Moon. Today, almost three fourth of the face of the Moon are dark areas.

On the other hand, those bright areas of the Moon that effectively reflect the light from the Sun are the mountainous areas.

This is for us to understand that just like the Moon, not all of those who are called the light of this world can effectively reflect the light from our Lord. Just like not all of Israel who went out from Egypt have made it into the Promised Land. The same is true in the Church of our Lord. Not all can effectively reflect the light from the Son even if they will fully expose their selves to Him. Some members of the Church are Foolish Virgins while some are Wise (Mat. 25:1-13).  

These Foolish Virgins although saved and have escaped hell, will never escaped the Great Tribulation (Rev. 7:14). This is because during their life here on earth, they are the believers who love only to remain in flat areas of spiritually that’s why their spiritual growth remains low also. They never wanted to pursue the high mountains of spirituality.

They are the believers whom just like most of Israelites, would choose to remain in the wilderness than to follow Joshua in the Promised Land. They would rather choose the Manna of the wilderness than the milk and honey of the Promised Land. They are contented to the Spoken Word quotes of bro. Branham rather than the preaching from the Bible. They just do not take the Bible seriously. They put quotes equal or above the Bible. They are spiritually lazy people. They don’t want to struggle climbing the high mountains of spiritual growth. Thus they prefer to ignore any difficult passages. For this, they are going to be purged in the Great Tribulation.

But the Wise Virgins are different. They are the ones who can effectively reflect the light from the Son for they are on high grounds. They are the mountainous areas of the Moon. They are just like Eagles who soar high above the others.

According to Ezekiel 34: 13-14

“And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.”

The Lord will only feed us in the mountains. Fat and good pastures can only be found in the mountains. That’s why if we wanted to make it to the Rapture, go and feed on the fat pastures of God that can only be found in the mountains. But we need to remember also that going to the mountains is not that easy. The steep paths, the slippery ways and the burden of gravity pulling us down are only some of the challenges that we need to face in order to reach that fat pastures provided by our Lord. Huge amount of efforts is required to do this. There is no easy path to the summit. But the pastures at the top are worth it.

This is also the reason why our Lord Jesus often lead His disciples upon the mountains where He can intimately talk to them. To name a few are the Mount Transfiguration, Mount of Olives, the sermon at the mount and of course, mount Calvary. Often times, great multitude would follow our Lord but only His disciples would follow him in the mountain which is the quality of a Bride:

“And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased. And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples.” – John 6:2-3

ECLIPSES

We have already known many things about the Sun, the Earth and the Moon and their spiritual symbolism. At this point, let me draw your attention on the phenomena where these 3 heavenly bodies aligned and the light from the respective body cannot be seen. It is called the Eclipses.

There are two kinds of Eclipses, the Lunar and the Solar Eclipses. Let’s first tackle Lunar Eclipse.

LUNAR ECLIPSE

Lunar eclipse happens when the Earth comes in between the Sun and the Moon. The light of the Sun that should be reflected by the Moon is block by the Earth which is the reason why the Moon is invisible during this phenomenon.

This is also what happens spiritually when the world got in between the Son and the Church. It’s either the world will do everything to suppress the Church from reflecting light, or the Church chooses to put the world before Her that the light from the Son cannot reach Her. The latter is almost always the reason. The Church can’t reflect the light from the Son because It is overtaken by the things of the world. Worldliness is proving to be an effective blocker in today’s Laodicean Church.

Most of the believers today are more concern of the things of this world. They put the world before them that all they can see is the dark side of the world instead of the Sun’s light. They have been darkened by the things of this world. This is what is written about the Laodicean Church Age in Revelation 3:17-18:

“Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.”

Perhaps you may have also seen this famous picture below nailed in the walls of almost every Endtime Message churches around the world:

The above picture is a drawing of a Lunar Eclipse as related to the 7 Church ages of Revelation Chapter 2 and 3. I don’t know who have drawn this picture but he/she took it from the sermon of Bro. William Branham entitled “An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages.”

In that sermon, Bro. Branham explained that the Lunar Eclipse that happened on December 30, 1963 is a picture of the Church that is being darkened by the world. He further explained that the Eclipse happened in relation to the visit of Pope Paul the Sixth in Israel on January 4-6, 1964 who is the very first Pope to visit the country. And he relates that the amount of darkness that overshadowed the Moon throughout the Eclipse is also related to the amount of darkness that blocked the Church in every Church Ages.

But whoever drawn that picture above, it is very far from the actual photo of the Eclipse. Here is the actual photo of the December 30, 1963 Lunar Eclipse.

Roman Catholicism had long before been preventing the Church from reflecting its light from the world. They have set up dogmas and traditions that is not in the Bible to prevent the people from seeing the light of the Word. They have killed almost 61 million Christian martyrs who were not willing to abide in their traditions just to prevent the Church from showing its light. But alas, they can’t prevent it. For no matter what they do, light will always prevail.  

SOLAR ECLIPSE

Solar Eclipses happens when the Moon gets in between the Earth and the Sun. The Sun’s light is blotted out for the part of the Earth that is under the Moon’s shadow.

This eclipse happens spiritually when the Church or the believers start placing themselves in the position that the Son alone should be. The church has replaced Christ in the eyes of the people on Earth. People follow human leaders and not the Word of God.

People starts following their Pastors, Pope, Prophets and other spiritual leaders instead of the Word. In Branhamism, they have placed brother Branham in front of the believers that the spoken word messages of the prophet are blocking the light of the Bible. They have made brother Branham their Pope! They have told the believers that no one can interpret the Bible without the spoken word of the prophet and that everyone should consult it first!

In most of the Endtime Message Churches today, Pastors are teaching that they are the head of the local Church they are overseeing. They have elevated themselves so much above the common believers in a way that no light can reach the common believers and all that the believers can see are their ugly shadows. These Nicolaitan Pastors are so ugly to look upon.

Whenever these ministers start elevating their selves and taking the glory that is for our Lord Jesus Christ’s alone and start broadcasting that they are higher than common believers, you need to look out! A Solar eclipse is not far away and then you’ll be left with the Moon exposing itself for what it really is – an old dry rocky barren object with no light of its own!

And this is what is happening today to most Endtime Message Churches, the ministers are being elevated and the worst thing is, the believers love it. They love it when their Pastors are blocking the Son’s light from them.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS BRIDE OF CHRIST:

The only heavenly body that can blot out the Sun’s light from Earth is the Moon itself. The people who can effectively destroy faith from the Word is the Church itself. When the Church is influence by Nicolaitism, it cast out a shadow of death over the world.

Remember the story of the Angels? Who destroyed one third of them? Who brought them from light into darkness? Who made them the enemy of the light? It is no other than the angel of light himself – Lucifer! The anointed one of God. Lucifer put himself in front of the angels blocking the Light of the Word to one third of the angels. The Word’s light is blotted out for one third of the angels who are under the shadow of Lucifer.

That’s why you need to be very careful Bride of the Lord. Don’t be like most of the ministers today who love exaltation. You need to watch yourself not to be influenced by Nicolaitism. Don’t put yourself in between the Lord and the believers. Don’t elevate yourself from the others. This way, you won’t block the Son’s light from them. Avoid the Eclipses.

ANNULAR SOLAR ECLIPSE

Last December 2019, I and my family went to our province in Negros Occidental, Philippines due to my father’s passing away on December 06, 2019. We stayed there until January 8, 2020.

On December 26, we are sun-drying our newly harvested rice when suddenly, at around 2 p.m. our surrounding became dark. I thought that there was a storm forming but when I looked at the sky, no clouds were even present. Then we remembered that an Annular Solar Eclipse will occur that day. So I hurriedly look for something that can protect my eye to see the eclipse. And I have seen it with great awe.

Below are the seven images of the Sun as the Moon blocks its light during the Eclipse taken by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at Balut Island, Sarangani, Davao Occidental, Philippines:

Coincidentally, this Annular Solar Eclipse occurred in the middle of the Hanukkah (Festival of Lights) celebration of the Jewish people (starting from 22 to 30 December 2019). Each year, Jews would light four huge lamps, about 75 feet tall to illuminate Jerusalem. Because Jerusalem is upon a hill, the city would literally shine out against the backdrop of a darkened night sky. This light, according to the Jewish rabbis, was symbolic of the God’s Shekinah glory that led them through the wilderness and also looked forward to the promised glory to return to Israel with the coming of the Messiah.

After that eclipse, I looked at my Facebook newsfeed, only to see that most of the Filipino ministers are sharing the above image. Most of them are telling that the image is reminding them of the 7 Church Ages. But what I see in the image is the opposite. We must remember that on the 7 Church Ages illustration of Bro. Branham, it was a Lunar Eclipse and not a Solar one. It was an illustration of how the worldly affairs of this world cast its shadow upon every Church Ages preventing the Bride of Christ on each Ages to fully reflect the Light of the Word.

What I see on the image above is the up coming reign of Nicolaitism where a time will come that ministers will put themselves before the common Believers blocking the light from the Son. Instead of our Lord Jesus Christ being lifted up, it will be the Pastors, Elders and other Ministers casting their dark shadows upon the Body of Christ. When this event will happen, it will bring great drought unto the Spiritual Israel (Amos 8:11-13). Just before the Seven Thunders will come, this event will cause great drought to the Bride because Nicolaitism has greatly influence the ministers. Most of them has put themselves in between the Lord and the Believers blocking the Light that will feed the believers.

DON’T LOOK DIRECTLY TO THE SUN DURING A SOLAR ECLIPSE

Unlike Lunar Eclipses, Doctors and Ophthalmologist warned us not to look directly from the Sun when there’s a Solar Eclipse. There are already many reported cases of people becoming permanently blind after long viewing of Solar Eclipse. This is because the darkness that accompanies an eclipse can override the reflex to squint and avert sight, increasing the amount of intense light striking the retina and making permanent eye damage. To further explain this, our eye’s pupils contract in response to visible light, but not all of the sun’s light is visible during the solar eclipse. Our pupils widen because we see darkness during this phenomenon, but there’s actually a ring of light that is not visible to us that riches our eyes, making our eyes more vulnerable to damage. Thus, looking at an eclipse makes your pupils open up like it’s dark, which lets more of the invisible lights damage your eyes.

You see? Looking at the Moon during a solar eclipse gives an opportunity for the Sun to damage our eyes.

Spiritually also, we must not directly look at the Son during Solar Eclipse for what we will see is not the glory of the Son but the ugly shadow of the Ministers putting themselves before the believers. We will only receive the intense wrath of God if we try to look at them. We will hear statements like: ‘Look at me and my ministry’, ‘Look at the great things I am doing’ ‘Look how I am building the kingdom’ ‘You will be blessed if you give to my ministry.’ These will only permanently damage our spiritual eyes. This is the reason why believers with Nicolaitan ministers on their churches are all blind.

Always remember: The Moon is not needed by the Earth during the day. It will only block the Sun. Its purpose is to light the night. When the Sun is present, there’s no need for the Moon to reflect light to Earth. The Sun’s brightness will only dim its reflected light.

FULL MOON

In order to fully reflect the light of the Word upon the world, we should be a Full Moon. In order to do this, below is the image of the position of the Moon in correspondence to the position of the Sun and Earth during full moon:

In order to be a Full Moon to the world, we need not to put ourselves before the world and at the same time, not to put the world before ourselves. We need to be just a little lower from the world and at the same time, just beside it in order to fully reflect the light of the Son.

In other words, avoid elevating yourself above the other believers and avoid putting the things of this world before you. This is the ideal position where we can fully reflect the light of the Lord.

LIGHT VS. DARKNESS

Sadly, the children of God today are not fully reflecting their light to the world. In fact,believers today, especially in the Endtime Message circle which should have been the light of this world, are actually afraid of the dark. Parents are preventing their children to go to school because they are afraid that their children’s faith might be compromise. They would rather keep their children in the four corners of their local churches or their house so that they can shield their children from the darkness of this world. Have you seen something like this before? The supposed to be light of this world are actually afraid of the dark!  

I even know a local church here in the Philippines that conducts evangelism inside their church building! Yet they call that evangelism!

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matt. 5:14-16)

What kind of light are we if we are afraid of the dark? What use our light would be if we will not expose our light to the world? The world is in total darkness today because the supposed to be lights are afraid of the dark. Remember: Darkness is just the absent of Light. Whenever a light is present, no matter how small it is, when exposed to darkness, darkness will always flee.

Light will always prevail against darkness. Darkness cannot extinguish light. No matter how much darkness you will put to the little light, darkness will always flee. This is the reason why every time the Sun’s light touches the Earth every morning, all darkness from the previous night always disappears. No matter how dark the world is, once light is introduce, darkness will always flee and light will always prevail. 

This is the reason why what we need to do is just to exposed our light. Even if you are in school, in work, or in places full of darkness, if we will just expose our light, darkness will always flee.

I have known many ministers of God whom He had immersed in what the world call “the darkest places of this world” and yet, these ministers just shown there light on those places and those darkness just flee from those places. I have known ministers who have been the light in prisons whose ministry are in prison cells and whose light have converted many convicted and notorious criminals from darkness.  

I have known ministers who were missionaries in squatters areas, on places under terrorist group or in other dangerous places but have just shown their light. And the light of the Lord in them have converted those in the dark. Indeed, we just need to show our light and that light will do the rest.

During the earthly ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, you can seldom see Him in the temple. You can’t see Him among the religious men who claimed to be the “light” during that time. Instead, you can find Him among the tax collectors, prostitutes, sick people and sinners during that time who were considered by religious people to be the “darkness.” And yet, those “darkness” cannot convert the Light. Instead, it was them who were converted to the Light. Whenever the Lord is present, sinners became repentant, sick people became healed. Indeed, darkness cannot defeat Light. That’s why we just need to show our Light.

CONCLUSION

Always remember that you have a purpose on this Earth and that is, to be a Light of this world. Show your Light. Do not be afraid of the dark. Avoid the dreaded Eclipses. One day, the Son will come and this night will be finished.
