A PURE HEART – HOW CAN WE HAVE IT?

WHY DO TRUE MINISTERS OF GOD HAVE DISAGREEMENTS?

Have you ever asked this question before? Why do true ministers of the Lord have some disagreements in their views on some of the doctrines and teachings of the Bible?

We knew that these people are true ministers of the Lord. We have been a witness of how our Lord used them mightily to proclaim His Word and to reveal through them His truths. And we knew also that there is only one source of revelation, it only came from our Lord alone. But why is it that these ministers, even though they are true ministers of the Lord, have disagreements with each other especially with doctrines and teachings? If they are true ministers of God and the Holy Spirit is the only source of revelation, why are there disagreements? Can’t our Lord synchronized His ministers by giving them uniform revelations so that there will be no disagreement among them?

If you have asked these questions, then you are not alone. I have asked these also before when I was just a new student of the Word. And these disagreements among true ministers of God are often the stumbling block to those newly born again Christian like me in our walk with our Lord. You have probably felt discouraged knowing that there are differences among them.

And these disagreement is not only among ministers but also among believers. I have consulted the Word of God regarding this topic and these are what I have found:

Reasons why true ministers of God have disagreements on some doctrines and teachings:

1. THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS “UNIFORM REVELATION”

Our Lord never worked this way. He never gives uniform revelations to each member of His Church. Each member of His Body (Church, us) is given a measure of revelation by our Lord. It is His prerogative as to how much revelation will He give to each one of us. He may give you this much and He may give me this little. All according to His will. He never gives the same amount of revelation to all of us.

In Matthew 25:15 we have read:

“And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another oneto every man according to his several ABILITY; and straightway took his journey.”

According to our Ability. And Who gave us our abilities? It all of course came from our Lord (Phil. 4:13, Psl 46:1-3, Neh. 8:10, Isa. 41:10, Exo. 15:2). So it is all according to His will as to how much revelations will He give us.

He may reveal many of His truths to you than to me because He gave greater ability to you than to me. All according to His will.

Therefore, knowing all of the these, our Lord can never judge me by the revelation he has given unto you. He can never judge us by what He had given to othersbut According to Matthew 25:14-30He will only judge us by what we have done to the revelations that He had given us.

Take for example this scenario:

Many believers in the Endtime Message circle had told me that even though Martin Luther was the fifth Church Age Messenger, he was never saved because he is a firm believer of the Trinity. He has no revelation of the Godhead unlike bro. William Branham. Luther was a Trinitarian that’s why he is not yet baptized by the Holy Ghost and therefore, was not saved.

These are only the reasoning of people who don’t know their Bible. Martin Luther never had the revelation of the Godhead because of course, the Lord had never given that revelation to him. All revelations came from the Lord alone (Matt. 16:17). He was a firm Trinitarian because it is not in his ability to know the revelation of the Godhead. What his ability is to deliver the revelation that “the just shall live by faith (Rom. 1:17, Gal. 3:11, Heb. 10:38)” and not to the traditions of men which are the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church. He was the one being used by God to badly injured the 7th head of that Beast.

Now, if the Lord will judge Martin Luther according to the revelation that He had given to brother Branham, then it will make Him an unrighteous judge. And we know that our Lord is a Righteous Judge (Psalm 7:11). Therefore, He will only judge Martin Luther on what he has done to the revelation of Justification that He had given to him and not on the revelation of the Godhead.

You see? The Lord will only judge us on the revelations that He has given us and not on the revelations that He had given to others. Therefore, you don’t need to worry if the Lord has not revealed to you all of His truths. It is not your problem. If this kind of revelation is not revealed to you until now and you have been praying for it, then don’t worry. Don’t force yourself to have It. Remember that revelations came from God alone (Matt. 16:17). Perhaps it is not on your ability that the Lord has given you to have it.

Don’t try to do what other ministers are doing today who force their selves to get the revelations that they wanted. One example of these is their habit of calculating the year of the Rapture just to know the revelation behind it. They wanted to know the revelation of unto what year our Lord will return, that’s why they would do everything to have it. They forgot that our Lord never works that way. It all depends upon Him and we cannot force Him.

By saying these, I don’t mean that we will not be open to those revelations that will still be given to us by our Lord in His time. Revelation is progressive. So we must not close our selves for those that will be given to us.

If the Lord has given us His revelations (those that were confirmed and supported by His Word), at the end of the day, He will ask us about It. About what we have done to them. We will give account to Him about them. Have we multiplied them? Have we been a faithful servant over these few things that He has given unto us (Matt. 25:21,23)? That is, did we share those revelations He had given unto us or did we just keep them to ourselves? Did we live those revelations that He had given us or did we just keep quiet about them because it is against the teachings and doctrines of our church, our pastor and the people surrounding us?

Remember, one day we will face our Lord and we will all give account for them (Matthew 25:14-30). Don’t be like the wicked servant who has been given one talent and just hid it in the earth (Matt. 25:25). And the Lord told that servant in Matthew 25:26-30:

Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Be courageous in living and sharing those revelations that our Lord has given you. Even if no one believes you, you must stand firm on that Rock. Even if other ministers do not believe you for It, DO NOT BE AFRAID. Stay faithful to those things that you are sure of. And surely one day, He will reward you for them.

2. THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS “UNIFORM GROWTH”

According to 1 Corinthians 12:12, we are members of the Body of our Lord. And this Body, although one, It consists of many members (1 Cor. 12:20). Not all are eyes, and not all are nose (1 Cor. 12:17). But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased Him (1 Cor. 12:18).

Therefore, just like the members of our natural body, we as the body of Christ, do not also grow uniformly. We can see that our skin grows larger than any organ of our body. It is also the organ that shreds more often. A hand is much larger than the eye. A thumb is much larger than the pinky but the middle finger is much longer than the thumb and the pinky.

This is to say that, as the body of Christ, we don’t have uniform growth.  Others may have more revelations than me, but it does not mean that they are saved while I perish. It does not mean that when we die, they are much closer to the throne of our Lord while I’m at the farthest. It does not mean that because brother Branham is a Messenger of God, he is more special to the Lord while I’m just a commoner to Him. That’s pure nonsense! The Lord doesn’t work that way. According to 1 Corinthians 12:23-25:

And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked: That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

See? In God’s Kingdom, those who think they are less honorable it is upon them that our Lord has bestowed abundant honor. He has granted more honor to those who lacked so that there will be no schism in the Body. All are important in His eyes.

So don’t believe those who told you that we should see “eye to eye” with every revelation from our Lord. That’s purely unbiblical! Don’t believe those who told you that one day, just before the rapture, we will all have the same amount of revelation. What’s Biblical is He gave one to another and gave five to another. It’s not uniform!

3. SOME MINISTERS THINK THAT UNITY OF FAITH MEANS HAVING THE SAME AMOUNT OF REVELATION TO EACH MEMBER OF THE BODY OF CHRIST

Another reason why ministers disagreed with each other is because there are ministers today who foolishly believe that the Body having a unity of faith means having also the same amount of revelation for each member.

They believe that all of us will one day have the same amount of revelations. They would site Ephesians 4:13 to support this claim:

“Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

For them, the phrase “unity of the faith” is synonymous to uniform growth or having the same amount of revelations to each and every one of us. For the information of these ministers, unity of faith does not mean having the same amount of revelations. It does not mean that all that was revealed to you by God will also be revealed to the rest of the members of His body. Again, that’s pure nonsense! He gave one to others, He gave two to others and He gave five to others. That’s what the Scripture is telling us!

Unity of faith means, even though you are a hand and I’m a feet or even though I’m a Pinky and you are a Thumb or even though you are bigger and I’m smaller than you, we are still all united in one faith which is the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ (Gal. 2:16, Gal. 3:22, Rev. 14:12) because we are all members of One Body which is His Body. Simply put, we are being united by Him and in Him. Our faith is united by His Faith because all members of the Body is connected to the Head, which is Him (1 Cor. 12:27). That’s why even though He has given you one, and He has given me two and He has given brother Branham five, we are still united in Him.

The knowledge of the Son of God is upon us and It is perfected in us through today’s five-fold ministry (Eph. 4:11-13). To some member He has given this amount of revelations to others He has given this amount. Though not uniform, when combined together, we formed the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Eph. 4:13)

4. EACH MINISTER IS GIVEN A MEASURE OF REVELATION

It is actually very natural for the members of the Body of the Lord to have disagreements. The Apostles themselves have disagreements.

One classic example of these disagreements among the Apostles of the Lord is Paul’s and Peter’s disagreement. These two are true Apostles of the Lord. Both were personally chosen by our Lord Jesus Christ. Peter was chosen by our Lord during His earthly ministry before His resurrection and Paul was chosen after His resurrection. Both were field by the Holy Spirit. Peter was called to feed Israel, Paul was called to feed the Gentiles. No doubt, these two have a direct calling and are true ministers of our Lord!

But why did they disagree with each other? Let’s read what really happened between them in Galatians 2:11-17 as told by the Apostle Paul himself:

But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.”

As we can see here, Peter did not understand the revelation of the Gospel of Grace given by our Lord to Paul. That is the very reason why he acted differently when some of the Jews are present. So Paul had to rebuke him. If Peter had the revelation the same as Paul, he would not have done what he did. But that revelation was not yet given to him at that time.

It was in 1 Peter 3:15-16 that Peter recognized this revelation of Paul. He wrote:

“And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.”

See? Each was given a measure of revelations. There are revelations that were given to Paul which Peter did not understand. This is one reason for disagreements. But just because there are revelations that were not given to Peter does this make him be a false apostle? Of course not! He is a true Apostle of the Lord!

Just because one cannot see what you saw and he disagrees with you on these teachings DOES NOT MEAN that he is a false minister already. Just because the eye can see farther than the feet does not mean that the feet is no longer a member of the Body.

5. SOME MINISTERS ARE ORGANIZING MINISTERS’ MEETING TO ACHIEVE THEIR ERRONEOUS UNDERSTANDING OF THE UNITY OF FAITH

Because some ministers think that unity of faith means having the same revelations (uniform) to each member of the Body of Christ, in order to achieve this, they organized minister’s meeting to discuss the doctrines or teachings (which they called agenda or topic) on which they are having different views.

This is what happens during this meeting:

First, an agenda/topic will be raised by one minister. Usually, it’s about certain teaching or doctrine. Then he will ask other ministers on their views about it. But before the other ministers can share their beliefs and their views about the given topic, they will appoint first a minister to be a moderator during the entire discussion. The moderator’s role is to make sure that every participant is following the rule of the meeting.

The rule of the meeting is this: every minister who would like to give and discussed their views on the given topic will be given an equal amount of time. The moderator will be the one to set the time and to call the attention of the minister when his time is finish and give it to the next minister who would like also to discuss his views. If there will be no more ministers who would like to discussed their views on the given topic, the second part of the meeting is the Question and Answer portion.

During the Q and A, the moderator will open the floor for those ministers who would like to ask questions to those ministers who have shared their views. A certain amount of time will be given to those ministers who will answer the question to give time for other answers and other questions. It is during the Q & A that the heated discussions arise that’s why the moderator would always remind the ministers to stick on the rule. After the Q and A, another topic/agenda will be opened. And the whole process will just repeat until all agenda/topic have been tackled.

Seems simple right? These ministers think that they can achieve the revelation to their questions through this way. But did they ever ask themselves if this is the way of the Lord is revealing His truths?

The reason why each of these ministers is attending these meetings is either one of these two or both of these two:

a. First, so that they can share their views to other ministers on the given topic and that these other ministers who have different views from them might also understand their “revelations” on the said topic and be converted to their understanding. Then ultimately, if those ministers are converted, they can now have a consensus over the said doctrine or teaching and they can now achieve their erroneous understanding of the unity of faith.

b. Second, there are those ministers who claimed to be humble servants of the Word. They are usually the young ministers who have just started to be used in their churches. Their aim in attending the meeting is to observe and to learn from other ministers and they are hoping that they might also grasp the revelations of other ministers.

Of course, aside from these two reasons, there are also other reasons why these ministers are attending the meeting. Some are with their own agenda and others are to gain control over those ministers attending. Those “Chief” ministers who wanted control over other ministers are making these meeting as their tools to maintain their control on the group. They are using these ministers’ meeting to grow their group and to maintain control. So you may not notice it but someone is actually caging you.

But in general, those two reasons mentioned above are what most of these ministers were actually aiming.

Let us then examine these two reasons and put it to the Word test if these can stand It and let’s see if the Lord really wanted it this way. The first is:

a. So that they can share their views with others and so that other ministers might be converted on their understanding and achieve a consensus on that doctrine and ultimately achieve the unity of faith.

First of all, according to 1 Corinthians 2:10, let it be known to all that revelations came from God alone. No one can duplicate It neither can anyone fabricate It nor can anyone copied It from others. There’s no such thing as a “Copied revelation”. It is the Lord alone Who is the source of It and the one that can give It to us (Matt. 16:17). Even if the Apostle Paul will come back from the grave at this moment and discussed to you his revelations he got from God, unless God Himself will reveal them to you, you can never understand them.

Because the Lord works this way, these revelations can be revealed to you now and He might reveal It to me later. He can reveal it to one minister today and to other ministers later or He can never reveal It to others at all. All according to His own time (Ecc. 3:1-11).

He also gives His revelations INDIVIDUALLY. He doesn’t give them by group. In Matthew 16, when the Lord asked His disciples about who do they think He is, it was only Peter Who was given the revelation. Even if Peter has declared it to other disciples that the Lord is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God, still that time, other disciples don’t have that revelation that’s why they didn’t know who their Lord is.

Some may argue:

“But brother Bon, there’s nothing wrong having a regular ministers’ meeting every month. These can be used by our Lord to reveal His revelations to others since these meetings are just like sharing the Word to others. It’s just like attending a Sunday church service where we gather together to hear, but ultimately God reveals His revelations to us individually. So there’s nothing wrong with it.”

You can only say this if you are not using your eye to see what really happens during a ministers’ meeting and its BIG difference during the preaching of the Word every Sunday service. Let us remind ourselves again that God gives His revelations to each minister in His own time. HE ALSO REVEALED IT TO THEM INDIVIDUALLY. And what’s happening during every minister’s meeting is the total opposite to this.

The aim of the Sunday service is to deliver the Word of God to His people. Whether the people will grasp the revelation of the Word, it’s all up to God. While during the ministers’ meeting, one of the aim of each minister in attending the meeting is to share his “revelations” to others so that at the end of the meeting, they may convert other ministers to their understanding of the given doctrine and so therefore, every ministers will have a consensus of understanding on the given doctrine – a total opposite of ministering the Word during a Sunday service!

If your purpose is to have a consensus at the end of the day, then it is just like you’re forcing other ministers to have your revelation even if that revelation is not yet revealed to them by the Lord. This kind of method is futile. At the end of the meeting, if you and other ministers will have a consensus of what to believe over a certain doctrine, then you are just doing God a service without His will. You are only violating the design of God in giving His revelation at His own time.

Some ministers may say, “But we do not intend for others to believe us, we just want to share our revelations them.” If you are sharing your so-called “revelations” to others without the intention for them to believe you, what is your intention in sharing it to them then?

Some may further argue, “But in our meeting, we do not form any consensus over what to believe. We just leave it as it is. Whether other ministers will accept it or not.” These ministers are just fooling their selves. Having a meeting with other ministers who have different views and proclaim that they don’t hope for others to be converted on their beliefs are just deceiving their selves. And by the way, this is not what is happening during ministers’ meeting. Even if other ministers will proclaim that it is only his opinion and should not be copied by others, other ministers listening especially those young ones will eventually copy their so-called “revelations” and worst, apply them as their church’s doctrines and labeled as “revelations coming from God.”

I have once encountered a scenario like this. During our Bible study, I was asked by one of the young people if Satan has still access to heaven. I have explained to him that Satan has no more access to heaven since heaven is the throne of God and no sin is allowed to enter it. I have also cited to him Revelation 12 that Satan and his demons were cut off to heaven and were cast down to earth. But this youth would not believe me since what they have learned during the ministers’ meeting is the opposite. Many of the pastors there have shared that Satan has still access to heaven. So I pointed out to him that our Absolute should be the Bible and not the outcome of ministers meeting. But of course, for this youth, who am I compared to those many pastors believing the opposite? Then he pointed out that what I am teaching is against the consensus that was formed during the ministers’ meeting.

See? Even if these ministers will not admit it, other people will make the outcome of the meeting as their Absolute! Even if they will say that they don’t form any consensus on it, other ministers will consider it as the final consensus of the meeting. See? This is what is actually what is happening today.

Beloved, we should not believe something that is not revealed to us. Just because these ministers convened and agreed that this is what we should believed, unless the Lord revealed it to us, then we should not follow it. WE SHOULD NOT BELIEVE IT. This is the reason why having a consensus over a certain doctrine is against the will of God.

This is exactly what happens in Acts 15:1-29.

It so happened that many Gentiles were soon converted. But there were some Judean Jewish believers who later went to the city of Antioch and taught the Christian Gentiles that “unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved” (Act 15:1). This caused Paul and Barnabas to have a heated dispute and debate with them but those believers would not accept the words of Paul and Barnabas as final. They wanted the other opinions of other apostles of the Lord. So, together with some other believers, Paul and Barnabas were sent to Jerusalem to get the final answers from the Apostles and Elders there.

The Apostles meet in Jerusalem to discuss what will be their stand on these two agenda:

  1. Are the Gentile believers should also be circumcised just like the Christian Jews?
  2. Should they be not allowed to eat blood and eat food offered to idols?

These are their topics in their ministers’ meeting that time. We have to take note also that these Apostles were true ministers of the Lord. No one here is having his own agenda. But let’s see what will be the outcome of this meeting.

We read that many shared their “revelations” on these topics. Peter also shared what he thinks is right (Acts 15:7). Paul and Barnabas also voiced out (Acts 15:12). But finally, it was James who delivered the final verdict (this is because he was considered that time as the “elder” of the apostles for he is the brother of our Lord Jesus Christ just like what is happening today in most of the ministers meeting, the “elder” has the final say). And this is what James said as stated in Acts 15:19-20:

Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

They considered this as the final consensus and the one which should be implemented on the churches. Even if other Apostles (Paul for example), was not given a revelation about this but since the minsters have delivered a consensus, they need to deliver it to the churches. The big question is, is this really what the Lord would want for the Gentile Believers to follow? Are the believers cannot eat food offered to idols and cannot eat strangled animals and blood?

After that, the apostles went their own way thinking that the final verdict given by James seemed the revelation of the Lord for them. They also thought that “It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord,..” (Acts 15:25). They thought that having that ministers’ meeting to discuss the things that need revelation from God is the will of God for them. The question: Is that statement of James is really a revelation from our Lord?

Let’s see then. Below is actually the revelation from God regarding those topics which was later given to the Apostle Paul in Romans 14:3-4 which is in complete contradiction to the final statement given by James:

“Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him. Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.”

and in verse 22-23:

“Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”

So, is it good for the Apostles to meet and make a stand on a certain topic even if the revelation is not yet given by the Lord? Certainly not! If only they have waited for the revelation of the Lord before having a consensus, they could have not implemented erroneous teachings which have great effects on the Church that time! And why did the Lord never give His revelation to them during that meeting even if let’s say, they have prayed and fasted for it? Of course, the answer is because the Lord never work that way! Throughout the Bible, we are shown that God always revealed Himself to individuals. HE GIVES HIS REVELATIONS TO INDIVIDUALS. Not in groups. The Apostles knew that. They themselves were individually dealt with by their Master when He was with them. But instead of individually seeking the Lord, they do ministers’ meeting together to discuss an agenda.

And this is what is happening today in the Endtime Message Circle. Many are doing God a service without His will and against His will. This is the very reason also why Satan has deceived many of these people. Take for example that group who believes that Satan has still access to heaven, that’s also the very reason why they have been deceived by Satan when Satan makes himself to look like an angel. When he used one of these churches to proclaim that he is an angel of God and have deceived many believers here in the Philippines. It is also the reason why factions have to evolve among the believers here in the Philippines. Those ministers who proclaimed that they are God’s elect and therefore cannot be deceived are the ones who have been deceived! And where did it all started? You’re right! In a Ministers’ Meeting!

But still, some would justify this practice by saying:

But Brother, Even brother William Branham suggested that there should be a ministerial meeting among ministers of God.”

Here’s the statement of Brother William Branham about ministers meeting:

When the people are gathered together, would it not be nice now if we didn’t–if we had about three or four weeks of this where we could have afternoon instruction services, and preach on the second coming, and lay the Scriptures out, and talk of Them. And have a ministerial meeting every morning at ten o’clock where ministers would get together in fellowship? Oh, if God willing, I can just feel it in the wind. ( E-4 59-0813 – Why?)

Brother Branham suggested that ministers’ meeting should be done for the purpose of FELLOWSHIP!Not to discussed or form a consensus over a certain agenda. And the Lord Jesus never suggested this, that the ministers should gather to together to make a stand on a certain topic. HE NEVER COMMISSIONED HIS DISCIPLES TO DO THAT. He wanted us to wait for His revelations of which He will give to us individually according to His appointed time!

This is also the reason why Bro. Richard Gan of Singapore does not want to attend in these ministers’ meeting especially those that are held here in the Philippines. Here are his statements about ministers’ meeting taken during his sermon last 19 April 2019 on the second day of the fellowship in Butuan Church. Take a look at this:

“Years ago, I was in Manila. You know every time I came here in the Philippines, when I am in Manila, they always wanted to held a ministers’ meeting. But in these ministers’ meeting, I don’t want to go because A is fighting B and B is fighting A. C having his own opinion and D having his own opinion. Then the brother told me: ‘Oh don’t mind them maybe they will change their mind.’ Then I said to that brother: “Brother, almost every year I am here, and I have been with you to these ministers’ meeting, how many years it has been already?” But he said: ‘this people may change.’  So to change the leopard’s spot. So I said okay I will go.

Then I came there, and they are debating about the seven thunders. The other one said this, and the other one said that. Then I raise up my hand and said ‘I am not a Filipino, I’m a Singaporean. Then I asked them if can I speak. They said ‘Yes you may brother’. So I stand up and I spoke: One brother said that he got this from bro. Branham’s book and one brother also said that he got this from bro. Branham’s book. I said why don’t you take from the Bible? Then he said, brother Gan this is just my opinion. So I look at him in the face and said: GOD IS NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR OPINION! Then everybody’s quite. I said You must prove it using the Scripture. Then he said ‘Salamat’ and he sat down.

So you think God is interested in your opinion? Do you think God is interested in your revelation? GOD IS INTERESTED IN HIS REVELATION!”

You see? The hypocrisy that is going on among the ministers today and during these meetings? Even bro. Gan who is a foreign minister saw it. Did you see it also? It has already been many years since these meetings started, did these ministers convert each other? And do you know the reason why during these meetings, these ministers are saying “This is just my opinion?” It is because during a ministerial meeting, one cannot say that “This revelation is from God Himself” or “God has revealed this to me.” No! You can’t say that! Do you know why? Because if you will say that to other ministers, then you are implying to them that you are not open to their views and that their views did not come from God! So then conflicts between each other will start! AND THAT’S THE REASON WHY GOD’S REVELATION IS NOT LIFTED UP ON THESE MEETINGS. You can’t simply do that there! You will just start a conflict.

In a meeting full of ministers with different views, what do you think will happened? Arguments and conflicts are inevitable! If you insist that what you have is the true revelation from God and the other views are not, other ministers will just hate you. And if you try to lift the revelation you got from the Lord in these meetings which is against the views of most of the ministers present especially from the views of those “elder” pastors, you will be branded as prideful and you are not humbling yourself to others! CAN YOU SEE NOW THE REASON WHY GOD NEVER WORK ON THESE KINDS OF MEETINGS?

Then there are those who would say:

b. “But we did not came here to have a consensus over something, we came here to learn from other ministers and that we might also grasp their revelations.

This is the second reason for those who attend the meeting. This reasoning is actually from the young ministers.

Again, I must emphasize here that ministers meeting was not commissioned by our Lord for his ministers to do if they disagreed on certain doctrines. What they should do is to wait for His revelations INDIVIDUALLY. This activity was done by the apostles and only suggested by brother Branham (which was of course misinterpreted by ministers today) but never commanded by our Lord Jesus Christ.

If you go there to learn from other ministers, then you will be just like Paul after attending the meeting of the Apostles in Jerusalem. He thinks that the final verdict of James is correct and he thinks that this meeting “seemed good to them” (Acts 15:25). But the opposite is the truth. It is not good for them. For they are doing not the will of the Lord. Then when he got the true revelations from God in Romans 14 regarding those matters, he realized that what they did is against the will of the Lord for them.

There’s actually nothing wrong with ministers’ meeting if and only if ministers nowadays will just use these meetings to have fellowship with each other. If only they will realize that God is only giving His revelations to an individual. If only they will learn that by discussing doctrines and forming a consensus over them will lead them to nothing but conflicts, divisions and disagreements, then perhaps our Lord can truly work through them. If only they will not use these meetings to form groups or to maintain control over their groups and set aside their own agendas.

But I think this is far from happening. How many years it is already since they have been doing these meetings? Did they already achieve their aim for the “unity of the faith” or did it just divide them? Did it give them the revelation that they want or did it just make them contradict the revelation from God? Are there any true revelations coming from these ministers’ meeting or it just rejects the revelation from the Lord? If we assess this activity founded by men, what does it bring to the Church of God?

Someday, this activity will be used by Satan to gather these ministers together and bind them just before the Harvest of the Wheat in order to be burned. For if one will only study the Word, you will notice that the Tares mentioned in Matthew 13:24-30 are not just the Roman Catholics and the Denominational Churches or the Ecumenical Movement. The Tares here live among the Wheat. If one will study the anatomy of the Tare, one will know that it looks exactly like the Wheat that even the harvesters have difficulty in distinguishing them when they are still young. Therefore, these Tares is among the Endtime Message Circle today. Catholics and Denomination do not live among the saints today.  But who are those who live among the Bride today? They are the Endtime Message make-believers whose true nature will be revealed one day just before the harvest. They are the ministers with Nicolaitan spirit whom the Lord hates.

That’s why beloved Bride of the Lord, be wary of them. No one is rebuking these ministers right now because what we have today is a bunch of coward ministers who would rather make friends with the enemy than to go to war with Joshua. Ministers today do not want wars, battles and troubles. They avoid troubles! They avoid battles! They would rather make friends with the enemy than to conquer the Land. No one wants to go to the war. In fact, when you are rebuking these ministers, they will brand you as the trouble maker. And these ministers will tell you to “love” each other than to separate and divide from them. They didn’t know that the only way for Joshua to conquer and the divide the Promise Land today is to go to war and fight for every battle!

Be careful of them Bride. These are bunch of coward ministers who would rather join groups than separate from them. Look for those truly courageous ministers today who are not ashamed to declare the Word and rebuke these groups. I know they are few, but we still have them today. They are the ones who are truly engaging in battles today just to conquer and divide the Promised Land for us.

CONCLUSION

I would like to admonish everyone with this question, “Where are the courageous Joshuas of today?” If you regard yourself as one of the ministers of the Lord, then “Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I the Lord demands of thee, and answer thou me (Job 38:3).”

If our time is the time of Joshua and we are here to conquer and divide the Promised Land for the children of Israel, then why is everyone does not want to go to battles? If this is the time for battles and wars, then why is everyone making friends with enemies?

Beloved Bride of the Lord, let us take heed unto these Word of our Lord, Have not I commanded thee? BE STRONG AND OF A GOOD COURAGE; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest (Jos. 1:9)”

Disagreement among ministers of the Lord is natural, as we are different members of One Body. But agreeing and making friends to the enemies of our Lord is unnatural and will cause you to be cut off to His Body. For the Lord said:

“And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. (Matt. 5:30)” May the Lord will continue to reveal His Word to us is my prayer.
