Pro. 18:16 “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.”

If the Lord will use you to heal others, you will experience great pain and sickness yourself so that you cannot ignore and you will have great compassion to those who are in pain. If you have a gift of teaching, the Lord will make you question everything and destroy your traditions and beliefs that makes you confuse so that you will be able to effectively teach others. If you are called to be a servant, the Lord will cause you to fall from the pedestal where you are standing today for you to be humble and reach out the lowly.

Your gift will destroy you. This is the truth. But after that, it will mold you again to become a better vessel of which God has intended you to be to harness that gift He has given you. This is how healers have great compassion to the sick. Teachers have a zeal to share. And servant doesn’t mind to be the lowliest of all. For your gift will both destroy you and will make you.
