1 Cor. 4:17 “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.”
Always remember that our current difficulties in the Lord will produce more glory in the future! The verse above told us that these difficulties are actually working for us for our more exceeding glory. And when it says glory, it’s no other than our Glorified State, our Glorified Body. This is why the Apostle Paul rejoices in these difficulties:
2 Cor. 12:10 “Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
We will all be glorified, that is for sure. And those difficulties are working for it.
Rom 8:18 “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”
