Col. 3:11 “Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.”
Lately, I received a question from my former classmate asking if being gay is a sin and what would be my advice if he is born gay. You can find that question with my answer to this link:

Related to this, the verse above tells us that we can no longer excuse ourselves from our former self or the self that we have been born into because we have already been born-again. A born-again believer can’t say “I am like this because I am born this way.” Or “I am hot-tempered because I was born to a family of hot-tempered people.” We can no longer have any of these excuses because we are no longer what we once were. The Spirit of Christ which is the new you is already dwelling in you. “Christ is in all” therefore, we all have what it takes to say no to wrong and to say yes to God. We are identified with Christ. Although we are still sinning, yet the new us cannot sin anymore. This is what 1 John 3:9 means when it says:
“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.”
