1 Cor. 4:1 “Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.”
Do you know that the purpose of why God revealed many mysteries of the Bible to us is for us to share it with others? The verse above tells us that we are God’s stewards of His mysteries. Many mysteries have already been revealed to us and as believers, we have been entrusted with these so that others can know about them. Are you helping others know these mysteries (especially the mystery of Christ and the Gospel)? We should all pray for opportunities that we can share the truth to others! This is what the following verses are telling us:
Eph. 6:19 “And pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel.”
Col. 4:2-3 “Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving; praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, for which I have also been imprisoned.”
